How did we #BreakTheBox?
For IT Professionals Day this year, we created #TheyMakeITHappen to celebrate IT professionals as proactive enablers of business continuity.

The campaign built intrigue through “IT” wordplay teasers, followed by micro-drama reels showing how IT teams prevent business risks before impact. We amplified the idea through trending Instagram and WhatsApp formats, LinkedIn influencer stories from 8 industry leaders, an AI-generated “Thank You IT” anthem, a flash mob activation, and on-ground Thank You IT cards for TTBS IT professionals.
