The Habit of Excellence

How did we #BreakTheBox?
While traditional education focuses on grades and marks, Glendale International aims to nurture
the character behind the report card. Partnering with Glendale International School, we
launched ‘The Habits’, a campaign centered on a social experiment that highlights the contrast
between parental expectations and student reality.

By interviewing parents and students side-by-side, we revealed a powerful insight: while parents
prioritize academic performance, students are busy mastering the "7 Habits of Highly Effective
People" through the Leader In Me program. The film successfully shifted the conversation from
what children learn to how they learn, positioning Glendale as a pioneer in habit-building and
holistic development.
